“Technical Support Engineer / Field Engineer”

• University Degree in Computer or related field.
• MCSE Certified
• ITIL Foundation certified
• CompTIA A+ Certified
• Good English typing speed on PC keyboard
• At least four years of experience working as a Field Engineer
• Good experience in Hardware and software related problems
• Capable of Analyzing and diagnosing User problems remotely
• Ability to ask leading questions in order to discover as much as possible about a User’s problem.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Good communication skills (both oral and written)
