Hassans Optician Company is looking for the below position,
Job Title: HR Manager
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for all human resource activities including employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and development and implement the regulations of the ministries.
•Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation
•Design and maintain Structure of the company along with the grading system and related benefits and authorities.
•Knowledge of Initiating KPI’s
•Prepare and maintain company salary structure (Salary Scale), job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
•Prepare and implement employee career path program.
•Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
Experience and Qualification:
•At least 5 years of Experience in the same role
•Bachelor’s Degree
•Retail Experience is an advantage
•Bilingual
•Transferable Visa
