We are looking for “HVAC maintenance supervisor” based in Kuwait with the following requirements.



HVAC Supervisor Responsibilities:

· Supervising, maintenance and repairs all HVAC systems (Specially air cooled chillers) and replacement works.
· Supervise the daily operations of AC technicians groups.
· Oversees the HVAC preventive maintenance and corrective service program.
· Reviews all work orders before and after completion.
· Maintains budget, records and files, and prepares reports.
· Provide technical assistance to technician when requested.
· Mange, deal and assist in resolving costumer issues.
· Monitor and control the consumable items, service tools and spare parts consumption.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Ten (10) years of supervisory experience in HVAC maintenance environment in Kuwait or GCC.
Computer skills.
Knowledge of maintenance operations.
Valid driver’s license.
