A well reputed Medical services Company seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of female Office Administrator.

Location - Farwaniya

Qualification - Any Degree Holder

Nationality - Any Nationality

experience - 2 + years Kuwait experience

Visa status - Transferable

Language Skills Excellent in Arabic, English (Speak and Read)

Salary - Based on Resume and Interview Evaluation.

Duties and responsibilities

Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary.

Arranges meetings to customer, scheduling appropriate meeting times and planning refreshments.

Handle sensitive information in confidential manner.

Generate good relationship with customer

Handle multiple task

Write letters and emails to customers

Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents.

Maintains accurate records for employees

Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed.

Take care of website functions and social media profiles.

Handles expenses and billing cycles to assist the accounts department.
