We are looking to hire:

“QA / QC Engineer”

• With minimum 5 years’ experience in ASME U stamp accredited shop.
• BE/B Tech (Mechanical Engineering).
• Shall have CSWIP 3.1 and ASNT Level II certification in PT/MT/RT/UT methods.
• MUST:-Thorough knowledge of ASME codes and standards for Pressure Vessels and Boilers (ASME SEC II, SEC VIII Div.1, SEC IX), API, NACE etc.
• Knowledge about different type of welding process such as SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW & GTAW as per ASME IX. & related document like WPS, PQR, and WPQR & Welder continuity record.
• Carrying out inspection at various production stages like, Incoming Inspection, Material Identification, Set up and welding inspection, In-process Inspection, Final Inspection, Hydrostatic Inspection, Pneumatic Inspection, Shot Blasting inspection, Painting Inspection, Final Assembly, Packing & Dispatch.
• Carrying out Visual Inspection on welds for welding defects such as porosity, undercut, spatters etc.
• Performing & Evaluating NDT at production stages & reviewing RT films.
• Preparation and approval of Inspection Test Plan, preparation and implementation of quality procedure and quality manual, for the machine/fabrication shop.
