Location: Kuwait

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor based in Kuwait

The main purposes of this job are:
• To supervise, plan, direct, and evaluates the daily workflow of activities in the Kuwait warehouse
• Manage #stock_control, non-training items storage, retrieval, replenishment, inventorying activities and timely delivery of #stock and #shipment loading/transferring and prepare periodic reports while adhering to the set #WH_standards
• Train, motivate and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
• Excellent communication skills are required, including both verbal and written presentational skills as well as good leadership qualities
• Experience in the supervision and coordination of warehouses, matured by working for large retailers
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and #WMS software
• Proficiency in English is essential. Arabic is an advantage
