Business Development Manager

The candidate would play a proactive role in defining and designing the strategic direction for the group, product development in the receivables management and consumer finance space and exhaustive market research. The candidate would bring innovation to the group in terms of new business development opportunities, improving business processes, optimizing the scope of the group activities and performance tracking.

Key Accountabilities:

Lead the business development team towards:

Ø Profitable management & development of receivables management and consumer finance product portfolio

Ø Design and develop marketing campaigns / promotions / events / advertisements

Ø Create a R&D pipeline for products / services in receivables management and consumer financer space

Ø Re-engineer business processes for operational efficiencies

Ø Identify new business opportunities, make business case, incubate the projects

Ø Competition analysis on products / services / campaigns / promotions business development / advertisement tracking & spend

Ø Research trends in customer preferences, behavior, purchase habits and satisfaction

Ø Analyze portfolio on performance, budget & forecasts, revenue & cost drivers, pricing & promotions

Ø Expose and educate management on new developments in receivables management and consumer finance space

Ø Talent management, skill development and performance management of team

Skills

Ø Fluent in English / Arabic

Ø Master Degree in Business Management (MBA)

Ø 2-3 Years of Work Experience

Ø Proficient in MS Excel (Numerical analysis) and MS Power Point

Ø Strong Internet and Field based Research Skills

Ø Strong desire for innovation, R&D and keen business sense
