“Female Receptionist”
• 2- 3 years’ experience as a receptionist of a reputed Hospital or clinics.
• Presentable with good sense of personal hygiene, a pro-active approach and good communication.
• Attention to details, good telephone etiquettes, fair knowledge of managing files and records.
• Expertise in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet.
= Requires the ability to work under pressure with a diverse population, including staff, physicians, clients, patients, insurance companies and other members of the public.
