CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Job Requirements:
•Provide leadership and direction to the entire customer service department.
•Support for customer service agents and managers, developing and implementing
efficient officers in implementing customer experience support plans.
•Measures the effectiveness of all customer service approaches and initiatives
primarily through conducting consumer surveys and analysis of recorded
support agent to consumer correspondence
Work Requirements:
•Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
•Proficient communication skills and ability to negotiate with the clients
•Bilingual (English /Arabic)
Nationality: Arab Nationals
Salary: 650- 700 KD
Visa Type: 18 Visa transferable
