Administrative Secretary Required
Place of Work: Kuwait
Job Type: Full-time
• Monitoring and organizing daily administrative work
• Organizing appointments, meetings, and following up on emails
• Keeping and organizing contracts and following up on renewal dates
• Follow-up of government employees' transactions (residency, work permit, transfer, renewal)
• Coordination with government agencies and followers
• Save and update employee files
• Any other administrative tasks assigned by the Department
• One to two years of experience in secretarial or management
• Proficiency in Arabic, and good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of government procedures in the State of Kuwait
• Proficiency in the use of computers (Word – Excel – Email)
• High organization skills and accuracy in follow-up
• Commitment and ability to operate in complete confidentiality
