Urgently required ( Compensation & Benefits Officer ) to ensure operational aspects of payroll processing and its associated activities in accuracy within appropriate timeframe in compliance with local labor law.
- Support the implementation of the com & Ben programs, handle salary reviews, Job evaluation, salary surveys effectively.

Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in payroll, Com & Ben.
* proficiency in using Ms Office specially Excel.
* Previous experience in using Dynamics system will be added value.
* must be detailed oriented.
