SWI is urgently looking for "NOC Engineers" in Kuwait.

Candidate must have good understanding of:
Alarm monitoring system
Fault management
Performance monitoring system
GPON/IMS/IP/MPLS basics,
Trouble Ticket and Incident Management Process Knowledge.

Must have experience in real time monitoring and surveillance of customer’s networks against prescribed processes and procedures.

Must have University degree in IT/Telecoms/Communications Engineering.
