Workshop Admin Officer

Position: Workshop Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate workshop operations and administrative tasks
2. Ensure proper filing and organization of all workshop-related documents (Job Cards, Warranty Claims, Insurance Claims, Workshop Stock, Daily Accounts etc.)
3. Assist with accounts management tasks such as invoicing and payment processing
4. Manage workshop documents, including contracts, agreements, and participant records
5. Liaise with workshop Manager, workshop technicians, participants, and vendors on documentation and financial matters
6. Provide support for administrative tasks and projects as required


Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 Years experience in workshop administration, document control, or accounts preferred
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Proficiency in document management systems and basic accounting principles
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
