✳️JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER for Cloud Kitchen

✳️JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cloud kitchen.
⏺️The ideal candidate will manage kitchen staff, ensure food quality and hygiene standards, optimize delivery processes, and coordinate with third-party delivery platforms.
⏺️Responsibilities include inventory management, cost control, staff scheduling, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through efficient service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
⏺️Supervise kitchen operations and delivery workflow
⏺️Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
⏺️Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
⏺️Optimize operational costs and improve efficiency
⏺️Ensure timely order dispatch and delivery coordination
⏺️Lead, train, and motivate kitchen and support staff

REQUIREMENTS:
⏺️Proven experience in F&B or cloud kitchen operations
⏺️Strong leadership and organizational skills
⏺️Familiarity with food safety regulations and delivery platforms
⏺️Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Age: Not more than 40 years old
- Salary between KD600 to KD650
