Secretary / Office Admin

- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations.
- Handle calls, emails, and visitors.
- Maintain schedules and meeting arrangements.
- Prepare letters, memos, and documents.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Support teams with admin tasks and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth internal communication.
- Check Kuwait Gazette for relevant tenders.
- Handle ticket bookings for the Managing Partners.

Requirements:
- Bilingual and Active female
- 1-2 years of experience in office support
- Strong communication skills (English & Arabic)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Work Location: Sharq, Jaber Al Ahmad Street
- Working hours: 9 am – 5 pm / 5 days a week
