Ongoing recruitment for a reputable company in Kuwait
Secretary (with experience in PAAF)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
2. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and filing systems
4. Assist with office coordination and supply management
5. Support managers with administrative tasks
6. Greet and assist visitors professionally
7. PAAF procedure knowledge- (IPC submission) (if already approved by PAAF great)
Requirements:
1. Diploma or bachelor’s in business or related field
2. Experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
3. Strong communication and organizational skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
6. English and Arabic literacy, Arab nationality
7. Male / Female candidates
8. 3 – 5 years’ experience
