1. Warehouse Supervisor – Cold Storage
Purpose of the Role:
To supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee chilled and frozen operations, monitor receiving and dispatch activities, ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, and report operational issues.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of experience in cold storage or FMCG operations and good knowledge of HACCP and warehouse processes.

2. QA Supervisor – Cold Storage
Purpose of the Role:
To ensure food safety, hygiene, and temperature control in line with SOP and HACCP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor temperature and hygiene records, conduct inspections, train staff, and support audits.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Food Safety or related field, with HACCP knowledge and strong attention to detail.

3. Warehouse Administrator
Purpose of the Role:
To manage warehouse documentation and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain records, update ERP data, prepare reports, and manage staff documentation.
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree with basic ERP or Excel knowledge and good organizational skills.

4. Inventory Controller – Cold Storage
Purpose of the Role:
To ensure accurate inventory control and stock integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor stock levels, ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, conduct stock counts, and maintain records.
Qualifications:
Experience in inventory control, preferably in FMCG, with good Excel skills and knowledge of cold chain operations.

5. Inbound / Outbound Officer
Purpose of the Role:
To manage receiving and dispatch operations accurately and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify shipments, check temperatures, maintain documentation, and support dispatch activities.
Qualifications:
Basic warehouse or logistics experience with knowledge of temperature-controlled products.

6. Warehouse Helpers
Purpose of the Role:
To support daily warehouse operations and material handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in loading, unloading, cleaning, and general warehouse activities.
Qualifications:
Physically fit, basic literacy preferred, and willing to work in cold storage conditions.
