Role Description
We are looking for a fresh graduate / entry-level Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and build their career in supply chain operations.
The successful candidate should have the ability to support day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. You will work closely with the replenishment team, assist with reports and trackers, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

What will you do?
- Provide administrative support to the Replenishment team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining replenishment reports, trackers, and Excel sheets.
- Support purchase order processing, documentation, and filing.
- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, finance, stores) regarding stock availability and replenishment requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on deliveries, stock movements, and supplier documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and supplier details.
- Assist in updating system data related to stock, deliveries, and replenishment activities.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries for the direct manager.
- Handle email correspondence and internal communication related to replenishment activities.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required.
- Be ready to learn and assist in other supply chain or purchasing functions when needed.
What you need to have this job?
- Fresh graduate or entry-level experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Administration.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work well within a team and handle multiple tasks.
