Location: kuwait
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in purchasing and invoice handling is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative and secretarial tasks
Handle correspondence, emails, and document filing
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office activities
Support basic purchasing activities when required
Prepare, follow up, and organize invoices and related documents
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Good organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in purchasing and invoice processing is a plus
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
📍 Location: Kuwait City
🕘 Working Hours: 8:00 Am- 4:00 PM
