We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Support staff to join our children’s retail company.

Requirements:

- Must be able to speak and read both Arabic and English
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, polite, and customer-oriented
- Ability to work with children and families
- Basic computer skills are an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in-store and respond to inquiries
- Handle orders, payments, and basic cashier duties
- Support daily shop operations
