Β 
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage and oversee the Performance Management, Training & Development, and Employee Relations functions. The ideal candidate will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR processes aligned with organizational objectives.

πŸ” Key Responsibilities
βœ… Manage the full performance management cycle
βœ… Monitor performance evaluation timelines and ensure compliance with company policies
βœ… Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters
βœ… Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management review
βœ… Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and employee development initiatives
βœ… Handle employee relations including grievances, and disciplinary processes
βœ… Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating Training & Development programs
βœ… Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and updated
βœ… Contribute to succession planning and talent development initiatives

πŸŽ“ Qualifications
βœ” Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
βœ” Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Performance Management
βœ” Hands-on experience in Training & Development and Employee Relations
βœ” Strong knowledge of HR policies, KPIs, and appraisal systems
βœ” Excellent communication and analytical skills
βœ” High level of confidentiality and professionalism
βœ” Arab nationality only - Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills
βœ” Male candidates only
