We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Secretary with Sales & logistics experience to support administrative and operational activities in our Equipment & Rental Company.
Job Description:
Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, walk-in) regarding equipment availability and pricing
Prepare quotations, contracts, rental agreements, and invoices.
Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and pending approvals
Process sales orders and rental bookings in the system
Maintain customer database and update CRM records
Follow up on payments, outstanding invoices, and rental extensions
Check equipment availability with yard/workshop before confirming orders
Assist in resolving customer issues related to delivery, damage, or equipment replacement
Assist in preparing sales reports and monthly performance summaries
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative/logistics/Sales roles (preferably in equipment rental, construction, or industrial sectors).
Strong MS Office skills
Experience with ERP is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
