About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and organized Assistant Pastry Chef to join our Central Kitchen production team. This role focuses on high-volume preparation and consistency, supporting multiple outlets while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in large-scale production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
• Follow standardized recipes and production schedules
• Support the Pastry Chef in planning daily and weekly prep
• Ensure consistency in taste, appearance, and portioning


• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and central kitchen SOPs
• Assist with inventory control, labeling, and storage
• Support packing and distribution to outlets as required
