CSCEC Kuwait is looking for an experienced senior estimation engineer (infrastructure) to join our growing team in Kuwait.
If you have strong expertise in cost estimation, tendering, budgeting, and infrastructure project pricing, this is a great opportunity to be part of a leading organization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment
✔ Prepare prequalification requirements
✔ Negotiate with suppliers and vendors
✔ Identify project risks and contingency plans
✔ Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
✔ Stay updated with market prices and rates
✔ Coordinate with planning, procurement, and technical teams

🔹 Key Interactions:
Internal: Commercial Team
External: CAPT, MPW, PAHW

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✔ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
✔ Strong experience in Roads, Stormwater, Sanitary & Earth Works

🔹 Preference:
✔ Arab nationalities currently based in Kuwait will be preferred
✔ Candidates currently working in UAE, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia are also welcome to apply
