Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests
• Present menu items with confidence, explaining ingredients and concepts
• Ensure guests feel welcomed, attended to, and valued at all times
• Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Ensure timely service and coordination with kitchen team
• Serve dishes with proper presentation and etiquette
• Maintain awareness of table status and service flow
• Understand ingredients and preparation methods
• Maintain impeccable grooming and uniform standards
• Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality (premium experience preferred)
• East European background preferred
• Age between 28 to 38 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
Language Requirement (Mandatory)
• Good English communication is required
