WOW MILKY is looking for experienced F&B professionals to join our growing team in Kuwait.

Open Positions:

* Field Operations Manager
Responsible for leading comprehensive, end-to-end, hands-on F&B field operations across multiple branches, kiosks, Pop-Ups, exhibitions, seasonal activations, and event locations, covering daily operations, branch performance, team leadership, manpower planning, staff deployment and scheduling, training follow-up, service quality, cleanliness standards, customer experience, sales performance, inventory and stock control, branch audits, issue resolution, SOP implementation, compliance follow-up, operational reporting, new openings, vendor coordination, and full event operations from planning and setup to execution and dismantling.

* Accountant

Responsible for managing end-to-end F&B accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, daily sales reconciliation, POS and delivery platform settlements, cash control, food cost, recipe costing, inventory and stock reconciliation, supplier payments, payroll support, VAT compliance, month-end closing, audit support, and ensuring accurate financial records across multiple branches.

* Creative Pastry Chef

Responsible for developing and producing innovative desserts, cookies, cakes, and baked products, creating new recipes and seasonal items, maintaining consistent taste, quality, and presentation, following food safety standards, managing production preparation, minimizing wastage, supporting menu development, understanding food cost, following market trends, and bringing creative ideas that strengthen the brand identity.

* Barista / Cashier

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing quality coffee and beverages, handling POS/cashier transactions, taking orders, promoting and upselling products, maintaining cleanliness, food safety, stock levels, opening/closing duties, equipment care, and presenting a neat appearance with strong communication and professional selling skills.

Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years of direct F&B experience.
* Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
* Transferable residency preferred.
* Professional, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
