The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City, responsible for planning and managing end-to-end travel experiences for high-profile and affluent clients. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, creating tailored itineraries, arranging flights, accommodations, and ground transport, and managing reservations and special requests. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and partners to secure premium services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of travel arrangements, and providing proactive support before, during, and after travel. The Travel Consultant will also handle travel documentation, respond to client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, luxury travel trends, and GCC-specific requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee comprehensive, customized itineraries.
- Proficiency in managing Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, transport, and concierge services.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a client-centric mindset and experience supporting VIP or affluent travelers.
- Knowledge of GCC travel norms and regulations, with familiarity in luxury travel products and services.
- Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City, manage multiple bookings simultaneously, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills or other regional languages are an advantage.
- Experience with travel booking systems (GDS) and CRM tools; prior work in a travel agency or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
