We are looking to hire for the below vacancy

"F&B Operations manager"

Job Responsibility:
* Control all the activity in Warehouse Department
* Control the receiving quantity
* Ensure that quantities invoiced are as per client order & respected FIFO policy
* Define quantity to produce for each department.
* Control the quantity (ability to reduce it)
* Control the quality of received & invoiced material
* Control storage condition of each type of products
* Perform daily & monthly inventory for all products

Qualifications
* 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of Bread and Pastry industry is strongly preferred
* Thorough knowledge of ISO 22000
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Strong ability to multitask
* Comfort working with multiple groups within business
