We are looking for female candidates to join our team as Call Center Representatives.

*📌 Job Description:*
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with their questions, requests, and complaints.
• Provide accurate information about company services and products.
• Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Record customer details and call information accurately.
• Handle customer concerns politely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly call/customer service targets.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.

• Female candidates
• 18 Visa transferable

• Good communication skills in Arabic & English
• Previous call center, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Presentable and professional personality.
