The Food Group (TFG), under Armada Retail Concept, is looking for experienced and motivated Commis Chefs to join our growing F&B operations.

VACANCIES
• Commis 1 – 12 Positions
• Commis 2 – 12 Positions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Chef and kitchen team with daily food preparation and mise en place.
• Prepare ingredients and basic dishes according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Maintain proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items using FIFO principles.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen station.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
• Follow instructions from the Chef and ensure consistent food quality.
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience as Commis 1 or Commis 2 in a restaurant, hotel, or professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
• Professional attitude and good personal hygiene.
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait.

VISA REQUIREMENT – IMPORTANT
Candidates must have a Transferable Article 18 AHLI Visa.
