We are seeking an experienced Central Kitchen Manager to lead our growing team at POV Cafe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in central kitchen operations, with proven expertise in pastry and bakery production.

**Key Requirements:**
🔹 **Experience:** 5–10 years in central kitchen operations, specializing in pastry and bakery
🔹 **Leadership:** Proven ability to oversee central and branch kitchen production and optimize workflows and food costing
🔹 **Food Safety:** Strong knowledge of Food safety and HACCP

**Job Details:**
🔹 **Location:** Central Kitchen, Ardiya
🔹 **Visa:** Must hold a transferable VISA 18 Ahli
🔹 **Availability:** Immediate joiners are preferred
🔹 **Nationality:** Any Nationality
